Yet another SOSA meet up. We welcome all Old Scholars who left up to 1969 to attend an ‘Afternoon Tea’ catch up on Zoom, come and join in on the fun.
Come along and discuss the interesting thing that took place at the school but also around the world, not forgetting that 1969 was the year of the moon landings. In January of 1969, the Beatles gave their last public appearance (on a roof) in a show that was broken up by police. Only ten years earlier the Dalai Lama and tens of thousands of Tibetans fled to India.
What were you listening to when you were at Sibford? How has the School changed? Do you intend to visit once you are allowed? So many questions so little time.
Come and have a chat with us all. Please share this event with your friends in other social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
We continue to hold SOSA meet ups throughout the year so keep an eye out for them.
