Below you can find our documentation and governance you can access our AGM minutes and committee notes. Please be aware that anything confidential has been removed. The committees AGM minutes are also available in the SOSA magazine.
We on the committee have had a lot of fun over the years organising reunions, sporting events and gatherings at Sibford School. We also have regional groups who are just beginning to meet up and organise themselves. As a committee we try to support all activities our members would like to do, but we do need your help in doing this.
Please come and get involved and also consider joining the committee, we don’t ask that you have experience, just that you want to contribute to our members and an interest in learning more about the governance of SOSA as a whole.
We currently meet four to six times a year.
Roles appointed by the SOSA membership to serve on the committee, we are always looking for new people to join, so please do get in contact if you find you are interested.
